Thank you for using Critter Movers. Our cancellation policy differs depending on who cancels the transport and when it is canceled.
If the Transporter cancels the transport you (the client) will get a full refund including the booking fee.
If the client cancels the transport it is the responsibility of the transporter to determine any refund based on their refund guidelines established within their contract with you (the client). The booking fee maybe refunded on a case by case basis (please contact [email protected] with details of the cancellation).
Please note we reserve the right to change our Cancellation Policy at any time, and it becomes immediately effective with new bookings.
