Our goal is to provide premier service to both transporters and clients so if an issue arises we want to address it and handle it as quickly as possible to provide a favorable outcome for everyone. If you are not happy with the transporter you found and would like a full or partial refund, we encourage you to contact the transporter directly through the contact methods available within your client portal. If you and the transporter cannot reach an amicable resolution, or you feel there are serious concerns with a transporter or their action you can contact us at [email protected]. We are here to help and will open an investigation into the case. We will ask for information from both you and the transporter and will render a decision within 7 business days.
If you are not happy with our service and would like to cancel your subscription you can email [email protected] and we can cancel your subscription. If you are in the middle of a subscription period you will be prorated for the remaining days.
